Appointments

Your bridal appointment will take place in a large bridal dressing room with your Stylist. We recommend bringing/wearing undergarments that will allow you to feel comfortable getting in and out of dresses with those people.  

Have a really large group? Please call to make that appointment, to find the best time to accommodate everyone. We have Sundays and Evenings that do have a non refundable $50.00 charge.  
 
Also, although we are huge fans of children and babies, we do recommend trying to get a sitter since our fragile environment isn't ideal for the little ones, and suites are not large enough for strollers. 

 We avoid having any outside food or drink in the shop because we want to be as careful as possible with our beautiful (and delicate) merchandise. We do not allow "BYOB" as it is a legal liability - thank you in advance for understanding this and honoring this policy.
Water is fine to bring, of course, but if you happen to forget, we have a complimentary water station available. And if you're looking to celebrate afterwards, we have lots of recommendations for local places to do so.

Gown Selection

Our store is what's considered "closed-concept". This means that our dresses are not for everyone to browse. Your Stylist will walk through with the Bride only.   We've found this is incredibly helpful in the dress selection process, staying within your budget, timeframe, and preferences.  

Cancelation Policy 

Each Bridal area accommodates the bride +4 guests. We appreciate your understanding!  Your appointment will last 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Please be considerate if you need to cancel.  We make sure you have the best staffing to assist you and reserve a bridal room and guest area.  We would appreciate 72 hours.
 
 
Saying Yes to purchasing your gown

Bridal: Order 9-12 months in advance of wedding date, considering 2-3 months for alterations.
Suit & Tux: Whether renting or purchasing, visit us 4-6 months in advance of the wedding date.

Our bridal gowns range in price from $1499 - $4000 and we take payment in full or a deposit at the time of purchase. If you opt to pay a deposit, your balance will be due within two weeks after we notify you of your gown's arrival.   We DO NOT accept checks for a final payment.  

Whether you are purchasing an item directly from our collection or special-ordering an item through one of our valued vendors, there are zero returns or exchanges at TWD once your order has been placed. This is considered the point of signing your sales contract.
 
It's our goal to make sure that each client is madly in love with the items they select at their appointment, as opting to purchase is both a financial and emotional commitment to that item. We can always make note of items you wish to "sleep on" but cannot guarantee their availability or price at a later time.
